When councillor Craig Grice came up with the idea of SLOW DOWN signs to improve the safety of our community the Haldimand Insurance Brokers Association was thrilled to take on the project. On April 30, 2018 it was voted in at Council meeting that the 100 signs will be placed across Haldimand County in areas of high pedestrian and bicycle traffic as a reminder for drivers to slow down. Look out for the signs coming soon to a neighbourhood near you!
