    Heather Hibbs is Haldimand Insurance Brokers’ Customer Experience Manager. Her mission is to deliver exceptional service and experiences for both employees and customers. Heather joined the brokerage as a partner in 2014. She brings more than 25 years of insurance related experience to the team.

    Heather has a deep commitment to the community. She currently serves as a Board Member on the Caledonia Business Improvement Area (BIA). She was previously a Board Member on the Caledonia Regional Chamber of Commerce. You will often see Heather out and about in the community volunteering at every opportunity.

    Her core skill sets are team building, communication, and creativity. Heather’s areas of expertise are digital marketing, client, and employee engagement.

    Designations:
    RIBO – Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario. It is a self-governing, self-supporting organization of general insurance brokers in Ontario. RIBO was established by the Ontario government in 1981 to protect the public during insurance transactions with brokers.

    CIP – Chartered Insurance Professional. This 10-course program gives a broad level of knowledge in key areas of insurance such as automobile, property, liability, and specialty lines from both the personal and commercial perspectives.

    CAIB – Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker. The CAIB program is designed to equip brokers with knowledge and skills to gain expertise in all aspects of property and casualty insurance. It is a self-governing, self-supporting organization of general insurance brokers in Ontario. RIBO was established by the Ontario government in 1981 to protect the public during insurance transactions with brokers.
