To celebrate Canada's 150th anniversary, The Gore Mutual Foundation is partnering with their brokers to give away $1million dollars to better our communities in 150 ways. Haldimand Insurance Brokers nominated The Habitat for Humanity Haldimand Chapter and we were one of the lucky 150!
Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and receive an affordable mortgage from Habitat. A decent home gives them the strength, stability and independence they need to create a better life for themselves and their families.
Donations are allocated 100% for the build project as the chapter is a volunteer organization.
Donations will receive tax receipts and can be made by mail to: Habitat for Humanity Haldimand Chapter at 103 Inverness Street, Caledonia, N3W 1B1 or www.habitathamilton.ca/donate and allocate to the Haldimand County Chapter.
